156438 arrives at Chathill with 2A32 the 1700 Metro Centre to Chathill service. This is one of just two trains a day to Chathill. The stock then runs ECS to Belford to clear the line for other services before returning ECS to Chathill where it forms the 1908 to Hexham. There are no northbound trains from here.
